Game Reviews

I have decided to review games just as a hobby. Like what Tony Stark said in Iron Man 3, "Everyone needs a hobby". Please keep in mind that I cannot and will not review every single game out there. Games are generally going to be PC but occasionally I will venture out and review console exclusive games. I will also try to review games that are worth reviewing and offer some opinion.

At the end of each review, you will find a list that includes a bunch of numbers. These are ratings given out of 10. They are not averaged equally to give a final score but they should give you a general idea of what to expect. Here is what each term means.

Gameplay: From the controls to the action to whatever it is that you control and play with, this value tells you how much you will enjoy the action.

Replay Value: Can the game be played over and over again without you ever getting bored? A 10 means you'll be replaying it for the rest of your life without ever getting bored. A 1 means you're going to drop the game once you have beaten it. Multiplayer games will generally have a higher score than singleplayer games.

Story: Pretty self-explanatory. How good was the story written? Does it captivate you? Does it create a connection between you and the protagonist?

Voicework: Essentially any voice acting that the game may have. If the value is "null", that means there was no voice acting involved and the game does not contain any spoken dialogue.

Sound: This category includes music and sound effects. Good music that matches the game's mood and good sound effects that matches what is going on will generate a higher score. Music that turns you off will of course generate a much lower score.

Overall Score: The game's final score based on everything that was just written. As previously mentioned, it is not averaged equally amongst everything but to get a better understanding of it, you should read the review.
